DJI Care Refresh is now extendable. DJI Care Refresh can be extended up to 15 days after the current contract period expires for a maximum total duration of 3 years.

DJI Care Refresh 2 years: Can be extended by 1 year (at the latest within the 15-day period after the current Care protection expires).

Save valuable time. The new express option allows you to completely skip the damage assessment process. A DJI service center will send you a replacement device immediately after receiving the damaged drone.

Free shipping. DJI covers the shipping costs if the product is sent in for exchange for a replacement device.
