DJI Care Refresh is a comprehensive service protection package specifically designed for the DJI Action 2. This offering allows users to secure their drone for an additional year by receiving two replacement devices per year in case the original device is damaged. The coverage includes damages that may occur due to collisions or water contact. In the event of damage, the defective device is replaced with a new or equivalent new device. Activation of DJI Care Refresh is possible within 30 days of the device's initial use. Additionally, there is an option to extend the protection by purchasing an additional one-year plan, allowing for a maximum protection duration of up to three years. During the validity period of the service, the official manufacturer's warranty also remains in effect.
