The single-mode simplex fibre optic cable enables easier installation due to its bend-resistant property. It is designed to transmit data with less attenuation when bent or twisted and is therefore very efficient. The cable is ideal for confined spaces. It is ideal for use in telecoms and FTTx applications (FTTH, FTTB) and also provides more space for the installation of high density cables in corporate networks, telecoms rooms, server farms, horizontal and equipment distribution areas.
