How to get your digitec connect subscription

• Register online.
• Receive your SIM card by post and activate it in the cockpit.
• Insert the SIM card on the start date. Off you go.

How to activate your code
As soon as your subscription has started, you can redeem the voucher code online in your Cockpit. It’s not possible to save the voucher code before the subscription has started. You’ll find the right input field for it in your user profile.

Good to know
Once your subscription has started, it doesn't matter when you redeem the voucher code. The first month comes with no base fee - from the moment of activation, the 12-month period begins. You’ve already paid the base fee for the full year. For example, if you redeem the code on 24 March 2020, the base fee will be waived until 23 March 2021. The promotional code can be redeemed whenever you want. In addition, only one code can be redeemed per connection.
