As soon as your subscription has started, you can redeem the promotion code online in your cockpit. A prior deposit is not possible. The corresponding input window can be found in the user profile area.

If your subscription has started, it doesn't matter when you redeem the promotion code. From the time of redemption, the 12-month period begins immediately with the national data flat rate that you have already paid. For example, if you redeem the code on December 24, 2019, the basic fee will be waived until December 23, 2020. The promotional code can be redeemed at any time.
