DFRobot I2S Microphone Module

This is a highly sensitive microphone module featuring an MSM261S4030H0 chip and I2S output from DFRobot. The MSM261S4030H0 is an omnidirectional MEMS microphone chip with a digital I2S output. I2S is a universal digital audio interface commonly used in DSP and digital audio processing applications. In a conventional audio system, the audio signal captured by the microphone is converted into an analog voltage and output, then processed by the main controller chip after being converted into a digital signal and encoded through the codec's ADC. However, the MSM261S4030H0 has a built-in 24-bit I2S audio port, allowing it to achieve fully digital signal connections without an additional codec. The raw digital audio signal is directly output to the controller chip. This significantly reduces the complexity of developing signal chains, providing the product with advantages in size, cost, power consumption, and interference immunity.
