Denon DJ Axis 8

With the Axis speaker series, Denon DJ sets new standards in mobile sound systems for DJs. The Axis speaker series is characterized by its particularly compact and powerful design.

In the coaxial arrangement of the Axis series, the high and low drivers are not stacked on top of each other but are concentrically nested. This makes the speaker a point sound source without time and phase shifts, resulting in a more direct, uncolored sound and significantly reducing the cabinet size.

A powerful 2000-watt bi-amp Class D power amplifier provides sufficient power even under challenging live conditions. The Axis series has been specifically designed for DJs and is perfect for a wide range of events. An optional DSP delivers optimized sound for larger environments.

In the Axis 8, the HF compression driver is mounted coaxially on the LF driver. This design creates a point sound source with time and phase-accurate reproduction, significantly improving localization and the stereo image. Thanks to the coaxial design, the cabinet height is about 30% lower than that of a conventional 2-way speaker with similar performance.

The speakers in the Axis series feature a 35-mm stand flange and integrated carrying handles for easy transport.
