Denon presents the latest member of the Denon Design Series, which combines true HiFi with a modern lifestyle. The DCD-50 is designed as the ideal complement to our fully digital stereo amplifier PMA-50 and features a high-quality CD drive that can read both music CDs and data CDs with MP3 and WMA files.
Like the PMA-50, the DCD-50 has a modern and elegant design. The compact housing can be positioned and operated both horizontally and vertically.
A special feature is the Clear-View OLED display, which automatically adjusts to the horizontal or vertical position of the DCD-50.
The elegant slot-in CD drive replaces the usual tray and allows for both horizontal and vertical positioning.
To achieve optimal audio quality in conjunction with the PMA-50, the DCD-50 has a digital audio coaxial output. The required digital audio coaxial cable for connecting the devices is included in the standard package.
For connecting other audio components, the DCD-50 features a high-resolution 32-bit/192-kHz D/A converter system and analog stereo outputs.
