This connector from Delock is suitable for SATA hard drives and SSDs. It can be integrated into a system, for example, for the use of removable frames. The patented NSS (Non Scratch SATA) technology features a spring mechanism on one side with 22 pins, which ensures the ejection of the hard drive. Therefore, the hard drive must be secured in a frame, as the connector would directly eject the hard drive. The NSS technology protects the hard drive during each connection, as it prevents scratching of the contacts. Additionally, the connector has a plastic clip to use SATA cables that snap into place. This secures the cables to the connector, preventing them from disconnecting during vibrations.
