DEFA Solid is a permanently installed charging station for electric cars that utilizes the existing electrical system by replacing a standard 230-V outlet. The charging device is designed for Finnish conditions, and the high-quality charging cable remains flexible even in extremely cold weather. The charging station is user-friendly and features an intuitive display, an on/off switch, and a manually adjustable ECO function that reduces your energy costs. You can control the charging power by activating the ECO function with the select button and choosing between 4.6 kW, 3.6 kW, or 2.3 kW charging power (adjusted to 20 A). The charging station comes with a fixed 6-meter charging cable, making daily charging convenient. The cable is equipped with a practical protective plug that prevents dirt, water, and snow from entering the outlet. Additionally, it includes an adjustable strap to prevent the protective plug from scratching the side of your car. When the charger is not in use, you can wrap the cable around the charging station.

The installation of the charging station is quick and easy. DEFA Solid can be installed in place of a standard 230-V outlet and comes with a separate wall mount. The integrated quick connection and built-in level make the installation of the device easier. The cable connection can be made from the top, bottom, or rear. The power setting is adjusted via a clear rotary switch.
