Extended resilience as it is fully repairable. With the split time function, you can measure times at a specific reference point (lap, kilometer, etc.). This allows you to monitor consistency or improvement over a set distance. The countdown function enables:

• setting a training time that ends when the time is up,
• simple interval training with equal-length phases (e.g., 30 seconds of acceleration, then 30 seconds of rest, then 30 seconds of acceleration). The repeat function can be disabled.
