dB Technologies Sub 15H

Whether used in combination with dBTechnologies mid-high speakers or as an addition to an existing speaker system, the Sub 15H provides an ideal enhancement in the bass range while ensuring comfortable transport and integration options. With its integrated stereo crossover, the Sub 15H can be combined as a mono bass with two tops, but it can also be stacked and positioned in larger combinations.

Unique in its class, it features an integrated digital delay that can be used for time alignment or to facilitate the setup of modern cardioid configurations, allowing for directed sound radiation.

The acoustic concept of the Sub 15H combines horn loading and direct radiation, offering a perfect compromise between range, sound characteristics, and pressure from the very first meter.

The integrated Digipro G3 digital power amplifier delivers 1000 watts RMS to the 15” woofer with a generous 3” voice coil and is controlled by a 24-bit DSP, which manages the crossover (80 or 120 Hz), delay, phase reverse switch, and equalization, as well as the input-side dual limiter for maximum operational safety.

The housing of the Sub 15H features a modern hybrid design. The fully wooden enclosure is laminated with a robust plastic layer, and the corners are protected by durable yet easily replaceable plastic profiles. The Sub 15H is prepared for rear wheel mounting and features an M20 thread for the use of a distance pole. The power connection is made via Neutrik Powercon, including a link output.
