The ALTEA-712A is a powerful model from the ALTEA series by DAS Audio. It features a dual-channel Class-D amplifier with 1500 W peak, providing an extended bandwidth, a wide dynamic range, and exceptionally low distortion. The signal processing of the ALTEA 712A utilizes digital Finite Impulse Response (FIR) filters.

Through the DAScontrol™ interface, users can configure presets for sound, input/output levels, EQ modes, delay, and source mixing via a high-quality 24-bit DSP and an LCD display located on the back of the enclosure. With the DASlink™ remote control and monitoring app for the ALTEA-700 series amplifier systems, users can wirelessly stream music from mobile devices in high-resolution stereo quality.

Among the powerful transducers is the DAS 12F4 speaker, which delivers precise reproduction of low frequencies with rich, powerful bass. The high frequencies are handled by the brilliant, optimized compression driver M-28 FEM with a 1-inch output, providing exceptional performance and smooth playback.
