This compact switch offers eight plug-and-play ports for small offices, workgroups, and departmental networks with speeds of 10/100/1000 Mbps. The Gigabit switch operates without a fan, making it ideal for use directly at the workplace. The DGS-1008D supports speeds of up to 2000 Mbps (full duplex) and includes flow control according to IEEE 802.3x for fast and continuous data transmission. For time-sensitive applications, the desktop switch supports the 802.1p protocol (QoS). With D-Link Green, we integrate energy-saving features into the DGS-1008D, achieving savings of up to 44% without compromising performance and functionality. Operating costs are reduced, and the lower heat output extends the lifespan of the switch.
