The Cuisinart Griddle & Grill comes with a set of 2 removable, dishwasher-safe plates. Use the ribbed grill plate for perfect grill marks on meat and paninis or the smooth griddle plate for eggs and pancakes. You can also mix both plates by using one smooth and one ribbed plate.

High temperatures of up to 240°C allow for searing steaks in just a few minutes, while fish and vegetables can also be easily sautéed thanks to the variable temperature settings.
