With the high-quality CSL PCI Express card you can expand your PC system with very fast SATA III / eSATA III interfaces. With data transfer speeds of SATA III with up to 6 Gbit/s you increase the performance of your connected hard drives enormously. Especially the modern SSD hard disks benefit from the high transfer rates. SATA III is designed for generations of innovative SDD hard disks, which are more power-efficient and have very short access times when reading data.

The expansion card is equipped with an Asmedia chipset and has 2 internal SATA ports as well as two external eSATA ports, two of which are freely assignable. This allows you to connect two additional internal SATA hard drives or use external SATA drives (eSATA). Furthermore, the SATA III / eSATA III interfaces are downward compatible.
