The 12.7 cm CSL Notebook Mounting Frame for 2.5" HDD/SSD allows you to install a second hard drive in your notebook. The mounting frame can be easily installed in the drive bay of your notebook's optical drive. It is universally compatible with all 2.5" HDDs and SSDs with a SATA interface. The connection within the notebook is also made via the SATA interface, which you simply need to plug the mounting frame into.

With its standardized dimensions (12.7 cm width) and matching black bezel, the mounting frame integrates perfectly into your notebook case visually. As most installation media are now available online and modern USB storage devices offer greater capacity than CDs or DVDs, optical drives are becoming less common. You can utilize the space of your notebook's drive to provide even more storage!
