The new Crunch GTis impress with their enclosure concept and the fact that they retain the usability of the boot. In contrast to some makeshift solutions, they are fully-fledged subwoofers that are a lot of fun.
Crunch GTi300T – 12" Subbox with Passive Membrane
The Crunch GTi300T subbox is equipped with a 12-inch subwoofer and an equally sized 12-inch passive membrane, providing a space-saving solution for powerful bass. The resonating passive membrane eliminates the need for long bass reflex channels and a large enclosure volume—without compromising bass performance. Thanks to the optimized rear wall slope, the box can be easily and precisely positioned against the rear seat. This makes it ideal for station wagons, convertibles, and sedans with ski pass openings. The 33 mm thick MDF front panel is additionally equipped with spacers that protect the subwoofer and optimally direct the bass into the vehicle's interior. The GTi300T also offers a practical downfire option, allowing the bass to be radiated downwards—perfect for additional pressure development.
