Applying the vinyl to fabrics: To ensure that the heat transfer vinyl lasts as long as possible on the textile you wish to apply it to, it is important to apply the vinyl correctly. Therefore, please follow the instructions as closely as possible. Make sure that the garment you want to apply the design to is clean. Additionally, wash new garments before applying the vinyl, as they are often treated with chemicals to make the colors appear more vibrant. These chemicals should be removed before processing.

Preheat the area where the design will be ironed on with your iron for ten to fifteen seconds. Ensure that the steam function is turned off if you are using a steam iron. Place the design on the preheated fabric and iron over it in circular motions for about 25 to 30 seconds. Flip the fabric over and iron the back side for another 25 to 30 seconds using circular motions. Then let the material cool for one to two minutes.
