You gain full control over the AX860i by connecting it directly to a USB header on the motherboard or to a Corsair Commander using the included cable. Then, download the free Corsair iCUE Dashboard software to monitor and control power supply and performance without any limitations.

This way, you can keep track of input and output power, efficiency, fan speed, and internal temperature directly from the Windows-based application. You can also take it a step further by setting up and modifying fan speed profiles or even selecting from software modes with overcurrent protection for single or multi-rail operation.
