The Millesime190DB wine cellar can store up to 193 bottles of wine while reproducing the storage conditions of a natural wine cellar. This allows the wine to mature safely under optimal conditions until it reaches its peak.

Safe aging: The Millesime190DB features a triple-glazed door with Low-E glass that ensures high-performance insulation, as well as a lock. This humidor is equipped with a remote-controlled system that sends notifications to a smartphone or tablet when the temperature changes, when the charcoal filter needs to be replaced, or if the door has been left open.

Temperature control: This humidor has a system with two temperature zones, making it suitable for both storing and tempering wines. The upper zone of the Millesime190DB wine cellar operates in a range of 5 °C to 12 °C, while the lower zone can operate from 12 °C to 20 °C. The advantage of different temperature zones is that you can store various types of wine at different temperatures to keep them under optimal conditions. For example, red wines should be stored at a slightly higher temperature than white wines and sparkling wines to preserve their aromas and quality.
