The device is designed to remove light dirt from carpets and upholstered furniture, as well as to refresh carpets and upholstery. It is not a substitute for a conventional vacuum cleaner. Before using the device, the carpet or upholstered furniture to be treated must be thoroughly cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. The device is also suitable for use on tiles, stone floors, and PVC. Do not vacuum: glowing ashes, cigarette butts, matches, flammable or combustible materials, very fine dust (e.g., concrete dust), toner or sand, as well as sharp, hard objects like glass shards.
