They took control of Eden, a series of orbital defense satellites from which they ruled the planet with the military power of the Sovereign Axiom. While humans on the surface struggled against the elements and a race of biomechanical creatures known as the Immortals, the Reclaimer organization fueled the resistance against the ruthless government of Axiom. When an exiled Outer crashed into the desert of the largest human settlement, hope arose that he might be the key to turning the tide of the final revolution.
