They are designed for the transmission of 1310 nm / 1550 nm signals and are suitable for connecting patch panel ports to each other or for connecting optical transceivers. Best attenuation values: BlueOptics SFP2121BU20MK 20 Meter singlemode SM G.657.A1 LC-LC simplex patch cables have an attenuation value of 0.4 dB per kilometer, low insertion loss, and high return loss. Further optimization of the return loss by adjusting the polish type (UPC or 8° APC) is also possible.
