Cooking with induction is about 50% faster and 20% more economical than with conventional ceramic cooktops. Additionally, induction heats up just as quickly as a gas stove.
With induction, only the bottom of the pot is heated, not the cooktop itself. Pots for an induction cooker are compatible if they have magnetic properties.
