The GourmetVAC 480 vacuum sealer from Caso combines high-quality technology with practical design for optimized food preservation. This fully automatic vacuum sealing system creates seals up to 30 cm wide thanks to its double sealing seam, while the length of the bag remains flexible. Its functional flat design allows for particularly quiet operation, while numerous features such as manual sealing, automatic vacuuming and sealing, as well as the adjustment of sealing time and vacuum strength are ideal for sensitive foods. The container function is perfectly tailored for use with CASO vacuum containers, and the innovative memory function saves the last used vacuum strength for repeated processes. Equipped with a powerful double-piston pump (20 liters/min), a robust motor, and an automatic lock closure system that self-locks during vacuuming, the device ensures efficiency and user-friendliness. Thanks to the removable vacuum chamber, the vacuum sealer is easy to clean. Additionally, a roll of film (W 20 x L 300 cm), another roll of film (W 30 x L 300 cm), ten pre-cut vacuum bags (W 20 x L 30 cm), and a vacuum hose for containers are included in the package.
