The GourmetVac 280 from CASO is a high-quality vacuum sealer in silver, distinguished by its durable plastic construction. This fully automatic vacuum sealing system allows for vacuum sealing of food with a double seal up to 30 cm wide and variable length. Its functional, flat design ensures very quiet operation. With versatile features such as manual sealing, automatic vacuum sealing and sealing, as well as adjustable sealing time and vacuum strength, the device is particularly suitable for delicate foods. It includes a container function specifically for CASO vacuum containers, supported by a powerful piston pump with a capacity of 15 liters per minute and a strong motor. A closure handle makes sealing easier, while the removable vacuum chamber simplifies cleaning. An electronic temperature monitoring system provides additional safety. Included are 10 vacuum bags sized 20 x 30 cm and a vacuum hose for containers.
