These are the latest additions to the new G- Squad sports collection from G- Shock. The good-looking designs and practical colours of these models maximise the combination possibilities with both everyday and training fashion. The watches are connected to the Casio Watches Phone app, providing access to a range of functions that support training. Functions to support daily health and fitness include a 3-axis accelerometer that tracks the number of steps, a multi-timer that can be used to create up to 20 timer combinations with five timers each, a memory for up to 200 lap records and much more. The app also allows you to keep pedometer logs to calculate calories burned, set a daily step goal, create timer combinations and send them to the watch, save stopwatch measurement data, view data and much more. All these functions help you plan and record your training sessions and make them more effective and enjoyable. Other functions include an app-based automatic time setting correction and other functions for more efficient timekeeping, as well as automatic LED lighting to make training in dimly lit areas easier. Back wings on the inside of the bands where they connect to the case, a new band ring shape that prevents slippage, and more band holes that allow for better adjustment of band thickness make for a more comfortable wear. You can fine-tune the size of the strap.
