Hallo
Ich rate Ihnen, die Uhr einzuschicken und gegen Garantie reparieren zu lassen. Das Problem, welches Ihre Uhr hat, sieht für mich ganz klar nach einem Garantiefall aus. Normal ist dies meiner Meinung nach nicht. Meine Uhr hat das jedenfalls noch nie gemacht.
Hoffe, konnte etwas weiterhelfen.
