Diffuse and retro-reflective sensors from Carlo Gavazzi. The diffuse and retro-reflective sensors of the PA18 series offer a cost-effective detection solution in an M18 cylindrical design according to industrial standards and housed in a PBTP casing. They are designed for use in simple applications where reliable installation is required. Developed for easy mounting and calibration without complicated settings. Versions with 4-wire connections or plug versions are available for normally open and normally closed outputs, depending on the installation. The detection range is up to 400 mm, with 200 mA, NPN or PNP infrared light technology. The supply voltage ranges from 10 to 40 V DC. There are normally open and normally closed switching functions with LED status indicators, as well as high immunity to stray light.
