The Match Box is essentially an A/B switcher with independent gain controls for the instrument inputs. Connect two instruments to inputs 1 and 2, link the output either to your pedalboard or directly to your amplifier, and adjust the gain controls on the Match Box so that both instruments deliver the same output level to the amplifier or pedalboard. This eliminates the need to reset the gain levels on the amplifier when switching guitars, allowing the player to quickly and seamlessly switch between instruments during their performance. The Match Box is equally suitable for guitar (electric and electric/acoustic) and bass.
