Bis auf das eher mäßige Mikrofon ist der Canon ein guter Camcorder, der scharfe Full HD Videos sowie gute Fotos liefert. Auch die Aufnahmen bei Schwachlicht sind solide und der Touchscreen reagiert gut, sodass die Handhabung ebenfalls ordentlich ist.
Insgesamt ist der Camcorder ein gutes Gerät, das auch bei wenig Licht eine gute Bildqualität an den Tag legt. Auch die Ausstattung mit WLAN und einem guten Bildschirm konnten im Test punkten.
Die Ausstattung des Canon ist insgesamt als gut zu bewerten und auch die Videoaufnahmen gelingen in einer soliden Qualität. Schön ist auch, dass der Nutzer die Daten per WLAN Modul an einen Fernseher oder anderes Gerät senden kann. Weniger gelungen ist aber das Menü, das zwar manuelle Einstellungen zulässt aber sehr unübersichtlich gestaltet ist, sodass der Filmer sich erst hindurcharbeiten muss.
