The CXC has been specifically designed for the new CX series and offers stunning CD playback. It perfectly complements the integrated CXA60 and CXA80 amplifiers from Cambridge Audio, as well as other external DACs.
Since the CXC does not perform any digital-to-analog conversion, it delivers the CD signal in digital form when paired with the CX series amplifiers. The high-quality Wolfson DAC in the CXA amplifier takes care of the critical digital-to-analog conversion.
