B+W Neutral Density Filter ND 3.0 MRC Nano MASTER 49 mm. This neutral density filter offers ten stops of light reduction. This filter is often used for experimentation. Flowing water appears to almost turn into mist. Moving people in squares and streets blur into softness or become invisible. In some cases, this involves extreme long exposures of up to one minute. The use of a stable tripod is required.
