Further details: This potentiometer insert features rotary actuation and a rotary house switch. It is designed for controlling electronic ballasts for fluorescent lamps with a control output of 1-10V DC and a maximum control current of 50 mA DC. It can also be used for LED control via ballasts. The device does not include a central disc and cannot be illuminated. A central disc (2115 J-.../2115-.../6540-...) must be used. It is compatible only with commercially available flush-mounted device boxes according to DIN 49073, or Busch-Jaeger art. no. 3040 flush-mounted box masonry, 3050 flush-mounted box cavity wall, or 3060 flush-mounted box concrete.
