The Busch-Jaeger Sensor/Dimmaktor 6212/2.1 is a 2/1-channel sensor/dimmaktor for Busch-free@home®. It is suitable for dimming 230 V consumers and features an integrated universal dimmer for controlling LEDs, incandescent lamps, 230 V halogen bulbs, low-voltage halogen lamps with conventional or electronic transformers, as well as dimmable halogen energy-saving lamps.

The dimming function is available without prior programming (left sensor channel preconfigured). The configuration can be changed later via the web interface (groups, scenes). The right sensor channel is used for programming additional functions (groups, scenes).

The bus connection is made via the included bus terminal. When installing in the flush-mounted box, care must be taken to maintain spatial separation between the bus and the 230 V installation wiring. If the minimum distance is not maintained, for example, electronic boxes or insulating tubes should be used.

Programming is only possible with bus voltage applied via the web interface of the System Access Point. Further information on commissioning and operation can be found in the system manual and the online user guide.
