The Brother Assisto On-Site Service Package includes a hotline service for error diagnosis and on-site troubleshooting for 3 years. Assisto covers problem resolution at the device location as well as the costs for travel, materials, and labor.
Service Description
You are required to report issues to the Brother Assisto Helpdesk. They are ready to assist with telephone troubleshooting and, if necessary, with error resolution. On-site service will only occur if telephone troubleshooting is not possible.
Contract Duration
The warranty extension must be purchased no later than 60 days after the device purchase. The duration of the warranty extension always begins on the day of the device purchase.
