The Boss RV-500 Reverb effects unit features 12 modes and 21 reverb types. It offers extensive editing functions, including SRV-2000 and RE-201 Space Echo. The A/B mode allows for the simultaneous use of 2 reverb patches. It has 297 internal memory slots, MIDI IN and OUT / USB-MIDI, and an activatable carryover function. The Boss RV-500 reverb pedal provides 21 high-quality reverb algorithms, allowing you to create any desired space. With extensive editing options such as decay, density, modulation, and EQ, as well as ducking, there are no limits to creativity. It includes standard effects like Room, Hall, and Plate, as well as unique effects like Shimmer, SFX, and emulations of the RE-201 Space Echo and SRV-2000 Reverb.

Thanks to powerful DSP processors, you can even use 2 reverb algorithms simultaneously in Dual Mode, such as full-range or with frequency-selective signals on each input for layered sound results. Based on 32-bit / 96 kHz AD/DA conversion, the RV-500 delivers high-quality studio sounds. The effects unit can also be controlled with MIDI controllers or connected to a DAW via the MIDI ports and USB-MIDI. Power can be supplied via 4 AA batteries or an optionally available power supply.
