The Boss MD-2 Mega-Distortion effects pedal burns like a California amp classic that made waves on a "black album" in the early 1990s. It delivers underground deep distortion sounds with massive bass, while a special two-stage distortion and gain boost circuit provides enormous distortion capabilities. The integrated Bottom tone control allows for full, pushing lows, thereby expanding the tonal spectrum of nearly every guitarist. An additional expansion of sound diversity is offered by the four knobs for Distortion, Gain Boost, Level, and Tone/Bottom, while maintaining full control over all produced sounds. Thanks to the two 6.5 mm jack inputs for in and output, the Boss MD-2 Mega-Distortion effects pedal can be easily and quickly integrated and fits on almost any pedalboard due to its compactness and light weight. For power supply, there is the option to use a 9V battery or an optionally available 9V power supply.
