The Boss MD-2 Mega-Distortion effect pedal burns like a California amp classic that made waves on a black album in the early 1990s. It delivers underground deep distortion sounds with massive bass, while a special two-stage distortion and gain boost circuit provides enormous distortion capabilities. The integrated bottom tone control allows for full, pushing lows, thus expanding the tonal spectrum of nearly every guitarist. An additional expansion of sound variety is offered by the four knobs for Distortion, Gain Boost, Level, and Tone/Bottom, while maintaining full control over all produced sounds. Thanks to the two 6.5 mm jack inputs for in and output, the Boss MD-2 Mega-Distortion effect pedal can be easily and quickly integrated, and its compact size and lightweight make it fit on almost any pedalboard. For power supply, there is the option to use a 9V battery or an optionally available 9V power supply.
