The compact and unobtrusive, but visually very attractive speaker is not a sonic high-flyer, but it is sufficient for many everyday situations. The Bose TV Speaker is supposed to improve the often rather mediocre TV sound - and it works for TVs with lousy sound. The sound is warm and offers clear voice reproduction, but bass and treble are not convincing. The HDMI and Bluetooth features are only the bare essentials, but are acceptable for the price range.
