Bosch Smart Home Door/window contact II (+M)

The smart door/window contact II [+M] reliably detects open doors and windows and displays the status in the app. The extra-thin magnetic unit is attached inconspicuously to or on the window sash (including those with multiple glazing). The sensor is multifunctional: In the "Sustainable ventilation" service, the radiator thermostats in the room are automatically throttled back when the windows are open, saving energy and costs. As part of the alarm system, it triggers an alarm if doors/windows are opened without authorisation - and also warns of possible security breaches due to windows/doors left open when the alarm system is activated.

The integrated button of the door/window contact II [+M] is also multifunctional: short and long button presses can be individually assigned as triggers for actions or scenarios via the app. The pause function can be used by double-clicking. This allows the window/door to be opened once without triggering an alarm or turning down the heating - practical, for example, to let the dog out briefly.
