Billing Boats Victory Wooden hull

HMS Victory was launched in 1765 at the Chatham dockyard and was commissioned into the Royal Navy in 1778. It served the British Navy for 34 years and participated in the famous Battle of Trafalgar in 1805. In 1812, it was decommissioned from active service and anchored in the port of Portsmouth.
