The Bielmeier canning machine ensures even canning of fruits, vegetables, or juices with a capacity of 29 liters and 2000 watts of power – completely without preservatives. Thanks to the patented 120-minute timer, which only starts when the correct temperature is reached, the canning process is fully automatic. The device features a continuously adjustable thermostat from 30 °C to boiling, as well as overheating and dry-running protection. The 3/8-inch tap is ideal for dispensing mulled wine or punch.
