The Flexaton consists of a metal sound plate in a frame, which is struck on both sides by a short mallet. Sounds are produced by shaking the Flexaton and pressing on the mallets. This easy-to-handle instrument is suitable for various effects, such as wind, sawing, knocking, and ringing. The effect instrument is particularly well-suited for metallic sounds. The high-quality crafted instrument can be given to younger children.
