When the pedal is pressed to the pressure point, the two release contacts close. When the pedal is released, the release contacts open again. If the pedal is fully pressed, exceeding the pressure point, the release contacts open forcibly. For the application of a consent device, standards such as DIN EN ISO 12100 and DIN EN 60204-1 must be observed. The signaling contact enables dynamic position detection. Alternatively, static position detection can be realized using a PNP output. This allows for the determination of the activation position 1, which is the off state of the release contacts (actuator not pressed), or position 3, which is the off state of the working contacts (actuator fully pressed), making it directly available to the control system.
