The Benel SP-12 ID Photo Cutter is a 45x35 mm cutting tool, which is compliant with the Dutch passport photo regulations. The ‘tongs’ are sturdy and equipped Sheffield Steel blades. These features ensure the image is quickly and effectively cut to size in just a couple of seconds. Further, the cutters ensure the corners of photo are slightly rounded.
