It offers the highest energy efficiency by automatically shutting off the 2300 W heating coil once the boiling point is reached. With only 700 watts, up to 10 liters can be quietly brought to a boil or kept hot at around 98 °C without the water splashing up as it typically does when boiling; it simply flows. Depending on the temperature setting, the water can also be kept warm without hardly any evaporation. If you want to bring it back to a boil, it takes just a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on the contents.
