Sausage filler 5 litres The BT05 sausage filler has a capacity of 5 litres and is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel. This model uses the hardened 2-speed full-metal gearbox, which makes the work noticeably easier and is used in all sausage fillers of the Beeketal BT, BTH and MT series. To fill the sausage filler, the cylinder is unlocked and removed from the side (vertical model), or after unlocking upwards (horizontal model). The filling tubes are screwed onto the thread at the bottom by means of a union nut. These sausage fillers also have a vent valve on the top of the plunger, which can be used to release excess air in the filling. On the side of the sausage filler there are two gear rims for either fast or slow operation, on which the drive crank is inserted.
