Sausage filler with a volume of 10 liters and a 2-speed gearbox. The BT10 sausage filler (vertical version) has a capacity of 10 liters and is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel. This model features a hardened full-metal 2-speed gearbox, which significantly eases the work and has proven to be very reliable. To fill the sausage filler, the cylinder is unlocked and removed sideways (vertical model) or lifted upwards after unlocking (horizontal model). The filling tubes are screwed onto the lower thread using a wing nut. These sausage fillers also have a vent valve on the top of the pressure piston, which allows excess air in the filling material to be released. The pressure plate of the pressure piston contains a high-quality silicone seal. On the sides of the sausage fillers, there are two ratchets for either fast or slow operation, onto which the drive crank is attached. The BT10 sausage filler is suitable for all types of sausages.
